Edwin Veer is an award winning creative retoucher based in Amsterdam with more than 20 years of experience.
Over the years he has obtained a reputation as an outstanding creative retoucher with expertise in the field of art photography and advertising. Edwin works closely with world’s most influential photographers and visual artists.
He is responsible for the photo-editing and retouch of acclaimed books “Before They Pass Away” by Jimmy Nelson and “Wildland” by Peter Pickford. His main professional skills include: creative image retouche, colorgrading, color concept, editing, consultancy for art photography, digital dark room and photorealistic illustration. Edwin’s training includes film retouch, analog post-processing, black and white retouch, which enriches his digital retouching skills and makes his work unique.
For many years Edwin has been one of the founders and the heart of a leading Dutch Post-Production company where he managed creative teams up to 10 people and worked on post-production for high-end advertising campaigns with world’s leading advertising agencies and clients around the globe.
